We’re a young Swiss startup focused on providing interactive solutions to our customers. Our main product is live streaming which leverages the most modern technologies available.

**What we are looking for**:
As a Product Owner at Vinivia, you will play a pivotal role in the development and success of our products. You will be responsible for building your own team, defining and prioritising the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric solutions. You will be the voice of the customer, translating their needs and feedback into actionable requirements that guide the development process.

**What you will be doing **️**:

- Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.
- Requirements Management: Gather, document, and prioritise user stories, feature requests, and product enhancements, ensuring clear and concise communication with the development team.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's short-term and long-term goals, including feature releases, updates, and improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and work closely with cross-functional teams, according to the DevSecOps standard, to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
- Release Management: Coordinate product releases, including feature prioritisation, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats to the product.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivered product meets quality standards and aligns with the defined requirements and objectives.

**What you bring to the table**:

- A "can do" attitude where you look at problems from 360 degrees and find the approach required for the situation.
- A "take care of your people and they take care of you" mindset. Your team is yours, build it and grow it into a well oiled machine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management best practices.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software development processes.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional products.
