We are looking for a Web Design Manager responsible for leading regional/localization of website design supporting several current and future websites for Atlas.

To be successful in this role, you must be both a player and a coach — contributing to website development and partnering with your local and global teams for brand consistency. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally with various business stakeholders including senior leadership, product management, project management, design, marketing, legal, and compliance. You must have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. Additionally, a top-notch web development manager is an experienced leader who provides guidance, support, growth, and development for the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading websites.
- Familiarity and experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content management systems (CMS), User Experience (UX), basic technology infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, writing requirements (epics, stories) for developers, and a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) in an agile framework.
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize the vendors or internal stakeholders work and broker/resolve conflicting priorities.
- Responding to and troubleshooting website issues, including security breaches.
- Updating sites via WordPress Control panel, or via occasional HTML/CSS editing.
- Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
- Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
- Working with the web analytics team, ensuring web analytics are implemented, available and working.
- Partnering with the marketing team members to publish and remove press releases, blogs, news coverage, in addition to ensuring content, graphics, and brand changes are made quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization's standards.
- Ensuring full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA and WCAG (accessibility).
- Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.
- Basic understanding of front-end and back-end web architecture.

**About You**
- 2-4 years of project management experience supervising teams of individual contributors.
- Highly proficient in CMS implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC).
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Fantastic time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A creative thinker.
- Excellent knowledge of web development disciplines.
