**_Job Summary_**

Through close collaboration with the Global Treasury Operations team, you will also support Eaton's liquidity strategy through the strategic evaluation/execution of initiatives which impact the strategy.

**_Job Responsibilities_**
- Direct responsibility for the execution of the monthly factoring activity, ensuring the identification and elimination of any foreign currency exposures.
- Support the global liquidity team in the management with the strategic evaluation/execution of initiatives which have an impact on Eaton’s Global Cash & Liquidity strategy
- Lead discussions with internal partners on Factoring related queries and strategic initiatives which impact the Factoring programs (including annual budgeting cycles, M&A / divestitures etc.)
- Maintenance of the credit scoring database for external debtors
- Responsible for Internal / External Audit queries of Swiss Factoring program
- Provision of strategic insight to Global Trade Credit on exposures related to overdue receivables
- Maintain Global Factoring Program desktop procedures, process narratives, standard operating procedures as well as SOX compliance documents.

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
- Years and area of experience required:_
- +5 years.
- Technical knowledge/Soft Skills:_
- Experience in a global cash and liquidity environment
- Foreign Exchange risk management experience
- Advanced skills in MS Excel,
- Understanding of VBA, SQL, Power BI an advantage but not essential.
- Soft skills:_
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders, internal and external
- Detail oriented, analytical and accurate with documentation and reporting
- Ability to manage projects and drive for results
- Ability to work in a global environment
- Fluency in English is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
