**Group Head of HR | Vice President of Human Resources**:

- In this newly defined role, you will enable the success of our strategy and focus on designing, setting up and leading an effective group-wide HR function. You will create new HR competences, design new processes, and implement systems to support and sustain those. You will be involved in organizational change and transformation programs and ensure the further advancement of our company culture. This is a strategic, and fulfilling role for someone who wants to shape, move, and build an HR organization beyond the traditional support function paradigm. In this pivotal role, where you will build a group-wide HR team around you, you are not alone. Our existing HR specialists as well as the Chief Strategy Officer and the CEO will fully support your efforts to shape the future.**Your work and responsibilities**
- Embody our employee-oriented, values-driven culture and way of working
- Define as well as purposefully communicate our employer value proposition
- Function as a strategic advisor and coach to senior management regarding key organizational and corporate development topics
- Evolve HR into a group-wide team and ensure a solid appreciation of the local office cultures Utilize modern talent acquisition techniques including partnerships with academic institutions, and vocational programs
- Craft and implement a group-wide professional learning and development program Craft and roll-out a plan to retain our top talent
- Drive the digitalization of HR processes
- Frequent travel between our offices is required to strengthen relations with local management
**Your Background**
- Passion for people and change management
- 6+ years of experience in a leading HR role, preferably in a mature company with advanced people practices
- Experience in the tech/manufacturing industry with hand-on mentality and eagerness to engage in an SME setup
- Experience in setting up a new organization and driving change, aligning people towards a common cause
- Familiarity with a diverse colleague base ranging from tech talent to manufacturing specialists Exposure to executive work and proven track record in coaching the C-level
- Broad management foundation and basic understanding of concepts around finance, operations, supply chain management, software development and new product introduction is highly desirable
- Excellent written & verbal, structured communication skills in English and German
