The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient operation of HR functions. This role involves managing and coordinating various HR activities while serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support payroll processing and benefits administration activities.
• Maintain records of personnel-related data in our systems and ensure all employment requirements are met.
• Responsible for all absence management activities.
• Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientations, paperwork, and off-boarding activities.
• Organize and manage HR events, training sessions, and workshops.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR-related issues and escalate as necessary.
• Support HR financial activities and track versus budget (Pos, supplier contracts, etc.).
• Drive various HR optimization projects (digitalization, AI integration, etc.).

• Commercial education (Fachausweis) with further education in HR (Swiss Federal HR Diploma) preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in Payroll and HR admin role.
• Basic knowledge of Swiss employment regulations and standards.
• Business fluent in German and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
