It is a pleasure to welcome you as a new member of our young, dynamic and international team and are looking for a **Reservation & Planning Agent **(M/F/d) immediately or upon arrangement:
**Tasks & Challenges**:

- You will be part of our reservation & planning team consisting of 6 sales professionals
- Telephone sales and processing of guest enquiries
- Planning our spa and medical guest programmes with our own booking platform
- First contact person for our guests
- Maintenance of reservation systems and Protel databases
- Close cooperation with the Front Office, Sales & Marketing and Spa & Medical

**Qualification & Competences**:

- Apprenticeship as a hotel clerk or a graduate of a hotel management school
- Several years of professional experience at the front office or in the reservation department in the luxury hotel business
- Service-oriented
- Structured and well organized
- Very good knowledge of English (oral and written), any other language especially German, French or Russian would be an advantage
- Positive charisma
- Good rheotor skills
- Good IT user knowledge of the MS-Office programs, knowledge of Protel is an advantage
- High commitment, ability to work under pressure and ability to work in a team
- A winning appearance and very good manners
