- Provide to Global Distribution & Logistics (GD&L) members, OpUs and BUs **innovative best practices** on performance management and global reporting, acting as **Global Business Process Owner** on Distribution & Logistics (D&L) reporting, D&L Performance Management & Governance, QBR Framework and D&L Sustainability
- Manage the **governance** on GD&L projects portfolio, D&L Continuous Improvement Program (training, CoP/CoE), process documentation (GOP, sGOP, Job Aids), GD&L Communication (GD&L Newsroom, Newsletters etc.), D&L sustainability Scope 3.
**How you will contribute**:
**Performance Management**
Lead/Drive, in collaboration with management, stakeholders and the **_Global Distribution Network KPIs performance & Reporting Management Lead _**the D&L performance, improvement initiatives to deliver performance excellence.
- Business Process Owner (BPO) / GMS Operating Procedure (GOP) Global D&L Performance Management and Reporting
- Own the Global D&L Performance Management and Reporting GOP
- Own & develop _GD&L Scorecard and KPIs Dashboard*,_ with the support of **GD&L Distribution Network KPI's Performance & Reporting Coordinator **and GD&L performance managers
- Lead regular performance reviews and communication with Head of GD&L and GDL Leadership Team (LT)
- Monitor GD&L continuous improvement performance dialogue on a regular basis; provide guidance, propose improvement as needed
- Global D&L metrics / targets settings
- Oversee Global Customer Service Level external (CSLe) commenting and process optimization in cooperation with Global Supply Chain Exellence (GSCE) team
- Oversee the Takeda D&L distribution network overall performance (lead, implement and monitor) together with cross-functional performance teams (OpUs and BUs)
- Drive continuous improvement in line with Takeda and GD&L strategy
- BPO QBR Framework
- Lead and drive the governance and implementation of the QBR framework for external performance with our logistics service providers together with GD&L members and our business partners (QA, Procurement, Finance etc.)
- Support/Backup for **_Lead, Risk Management, Distribution Network Design & Performance Management_** for the performance management as required
**Governance**
- GD&L Portfolio Management, PMO (e.g. ONE GDL)
- D&L Continuous Improvement Program: Training, CoP/CoE
- Performance dialogue with OpUs and LOCs together with GSC functions
- Process documentation: GOP, sGOP, Job Aids
- Support the maintenance of all sGOPs (operating procedures) in conjunction with Operations, Tax, Regulatory Affairs and Quality to establish and maintain harmonized processes.
- GD&L Communication - GD&L Newsroom, Newsletter (e.g. AGILE)
**Sustainability**
- BPO of Carbon Reduction Program for Logistic Activities.
- Drive & lead sustainability initiatives & program for GD&L, in partnership/collaboration with various stakeholders.

**Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise**
- Expert in logistics and distribution processes - especially for the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes & functions
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing units/OpUs and commercial processes & procedures
- Very good understanding of GDP requirements
- Very good knowledge of Supply Chain and reporting systems and solutions (SAP, BI, Power BI etc.)
**Leadership**
- Ability to lead performance dialogue and continuous improvement at a senior level
- Ability to lead global projects
- Ability to support building innovative, patient-centric logistics & distribution services
- Ability to operate cross functionally, working with Operating Units (OpUs), commercial business units, Global Quality and Business partners functions (procurement, finance, IT, legal,)
