**Immigration Legal Intern 80% - 100%**

As part of Swiss Immigration’s expansion, we are looking for a Legal Intern.

**Required profile**
- Master degree in law (or finalizing your Master);
- Interest in migration law (FNIA, AFMP);
- German mother tongue. French: mother tongue or C1 level. Perfect command of English

(C1). Other languages would be an advantage;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Analytical and conceptual mind;
- Ability to work independently;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Migration background: an advantage.

**Job description**

Your duties:

- Liaising with the relevant municipal/cantonal/federal authorities to ensure optimal follow
- up of cases;
- Keeping abreast of the latest changes in laws/regulations/guidelines and understanding their nuances when applied at cantonal level;
- Carrying out administrative tasks and reporting.

**Working conditions and organisation**
- Starting date: To be agreed;
- Employment rate: 80% - 100%.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: From CHF500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
