HR Intern (80%-100%)

8 to 12-month contract

What's in it for you?
You'll get a 360-degree view of the HR world, diving into recruitment, employee lifecycle, HR admin, labour law, and more Working alongside our small and friendly team of three people, you will be involved into the day-to-day action and gain exposure to HR practices and processes under the wings of our seasoned team members. What will you do?

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team

• Post job adverts, sort through applications, set up / participate to interviews

• Prepare employment contracts

• Keep our recruitment mailbox in good shape

• Help out with work permit, employee relocation and onboarding

• Keep our employee database fresh and updated

• Jump into various HR projects based on your skills

What we are looking for:

• Are you an undergrad (CFC, MPC) or a recent graduate (Bachelor, Master) with a strong interest in HR? We want to hear from you

• Fluency in French or English (C1 minimum) with a good command of the other language (B2 minimum)

• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a positive mindset

• Well-organised, reliable and a strong attention to detail

• Effective in working both collaboratively and independently

• Ability to build bridges in our culturally diverse environment

• Swiss/EU citizenship or holding a Swiss work permit
