What will you do?
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team
- Post job adverts, sort through applications, set up / participate to interviews
- Prepare employment contracts
- Keep our recruitment mailbox in good shape
- Help out with work permit, employee relocation and onboarding
- Keep our employee database fresh and updated
- Jump into various HR projects based on your skills
What we are looking for:
- Are you an undergrad (CFC, MPC) or a recent graduate (Bachelor, Master) with a strong interest in HR? We want to hear from you
- Fluency in French or English (C1 minimum) with a good command of the other language (B2 minimum)
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a positive mindset
- Well-organised, reliable and a strong attention to detail
- Effective in working both collaboratively and independently
- Ability to build bridges in our culturally diverse environment
- Swiss/EU citizenship or holding a Swiss work permit
