**Administrative Assistant**
**Principali attività**:
- Attività di Office Management ( coordinamento ufficio, gestione fornitori, contrattualistica, telefonia, parco auto, onboarding, ect..);
- Filtro telefonate;
- Gestione mail;
- Gestione agenda del CEO;
- Organizzazione trasferte e meeting;
- Archiviazione documenti;
- Contabilità ( prima nota), fatturazione attiva e passiva, controllo fatture fornitori;
- Gestione nota spese.
**Requisiti**:
- Diploma in Ragioneria o esperienza pregressa nella gestione della contabilità di base;
- Esperienza di almeno 2/3 anni nel medesimo ruolo, preferibilmente nel settore Immobiliare;
- Padronanza del pacchetto Office;
- Flessibilità e precisione completano il profilo;
- Must have: inglese (min B2);
- Nice to have: tedesco e francese.
**Offerta**: commisurata in base all'esperienza.
**Orario**: full-time (100%)
