As a Supplier Quality Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the procurement and logistics team in our division Motion Traction, in Turgi, Switzerland. In this role, you are an important interface between operational purchasing and our suppliers, to ensure the coordination and complete processing of supplier complaints.

**This position reports to**:
Head of Procurement & Indirect Sourcing

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordination and processing of all supplier complaints recorded in the operating system
- Initiating return purchase orders according to internal process and ensure return transports together with the export department
- Ensure and monitor replacement deliveries, repairs, or credit notes. Ensure a sustainable and effective customer-supplier relationship
- Overseeing operational supplier quality performance and resolving performance issues
- Monitoring of the entire supplier quality process in its optimal execution by all stakeholders

**Your background**:

- 2 years of experience in operational procurement working as Buyer or Quality Coordinator
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of SAP
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Technical or commercial training, further training an advantage
- Very good knowledge in German as well as good knowledge in English
