**We are seeking**:
A motivated person to join the Customer Service Team as Corporate Customer Service Coordinator. You will report to the Customer Service Manager.

***The job**:

- Order processing from receipt to delivery
- Order status monitoring
- Preparation of Tender document submissions
- Administrating Letters of Credit and other trade financing instruments
- Co-ordination of export and transport operations
- Daily contact with international customers in over 100 countries worldwide
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Some reporting activities
- Involvement in projects
- Supporting the department in various administrative tasks

In this high-profile position you are the interface between Octapharma and its customers, worldwide. You will be working as part of a young and energetic team.
