**Deine Verantwortung**
- In dieser Führungsposition verantwortest Du die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Reportings bei Specialty Lines bezogen auf Produktion, Bestand und Schaden
- Mit Deinem Team führst Du die Bedarfsanalyse und Erhebung von Anforderungen für neue Reports durch und stellst deren Umsetzung und Abnahme sicher
- Konzeption, Abstimmung und Erstellung von Ad-hoc Reports, Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen zur Portfoliosteuerung der Specialty Lines Fachbereiche
- Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Datenqualität in eingesetzten Systemen und anschliessende Erarbeitung dauerhafter Umsetzungsempfehlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT
- Funktionsübergreifende Projekte zur Transformation des bestehenden Reportings auf eine Reporting Plattform / Dashboard Lösung

**Deine Qualifikation**
- Höhere Aus-/Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Du bringst relevante mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Business Analyse bzw. im Controlling von Erst
- / Rückversicherungsunternehmen oder vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten in MS Excel sowie im Umgang mit Power BI und/oder Python (objektorientierte Programmiersprache); SAP BW Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Stilsichere Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse sind bei der täglichen Arbeit ein Must-Have
- Zudem verfügst Du über eine hohe Kunden-, Dienstleistungs
- und Lösungsorientierung und bringst ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit gutem vernetztem Denkvermögen mit
- Du verstehst es, dich selbst gut zu organisieren, zuverlässig und vorausschauend zu agieren und die richtigen Prioritäten für Dich und Dein Team zu setzen
- Wenn Du Freude an funktionsübergreifenden Projekten in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld hast, bist Du an der richtigen Stelle
