**Sourcing Manager (m/w/d) 100%**:
**Ihre Herausforderung**
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Sourcing-Strategien, um qualitativ hochwertige Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu wettbewerbsfähigen Konditionen zu beschaffen.
- Identifikation, Bewertung und Auswahl von globalen Lieferanten unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität und Lieferfähigkeit.
- Verhandlung von Verträgen, Preisen und anderen geschäftlichen Konditionen mit Lieferanten.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance
- und Qualitätsstandards in der Lieferkette.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, um den Bedarf an Materialien und Dienstleistungen zu verstehen und zu prognostizieren.
- Kontinuierliche Bewertung des Lieferantenportfolios und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen.

**Ihre Kompetenz**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Beschaffung und Sourcing.
- Starke Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Verwaltung globaler Lieferketten.
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Vertragsmanagement und Risikobewertung.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denken.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit.
