We are looking to hire a Sourcing Manager Procurement's Operations for our well-known pharma client in the Zug area.

In the job as the Sourcing Manager for Procurement Operations you will be working closely aligned with our client's Manufacturing Team.

**Responsibilities**

Optimizing procurement operations across diverse regions, prioritizing efficiency, compliance, and superior customer delivery.

Gaining deep insights into end-user requirements, whether received directly or indirectly, and utilizing procurement expertise to devise value-driven approaches for requests.Executing support requests while integrating continuous improvement methodologies to ensure strict compliance with relevant policies and standards.Communicating procurement activity status, progress, and outcomes clearly and promptly.Maintaining robust information channels with Category Management teams for high-value or unique requests, identifying opportunities for demand aggregation, and regularly submitting operational data to shape new strategies.Employing sourcing processes (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs) and leveraging eSourcing tools for effective sourcing activities.Supporting the implementation of novel processes, policies, and technologies.Nurturing collaboration with support functions to enhance operational efficiency and add substantial value to the business.Collaborating as needed with relevant business support functions, such as Accounts Payable, to drive efficiency and bolster contributions.
-Continuously monitoring and tracking targets and KPIs to ensure optimal performance.

**Your Profile**

Finished studies or Bachelor/master’s degree, ideally with focus on supply chain/commercial.

Between 3-5 years of experience in Direct Procurement as Sourcing Manager/Specialist or similar position.
-Strong knowledge with systems and processes for efficient management of contract documentation, processing tools (e.g. eSourcing, eAuction), and others.
Good knowledge of MS-Office, Google Tools, and SAP.
-Languages: German B2/C1 min ideally native and/or Swiss German, English C1/C2, and other languages are advantageous.
