Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, ein Pharmaunternehmen im Kanton Zug einen
**Sourcing Manager (m/w/d) (S) - RZ**:
**Ihre Herausforderung**
- Sicherstellen, dass alle Beschaffungsanfragen im Einklang mit den Richtlinien für die jeweilige Kategorie und in Übereinstimmung mit den einschlägigen Grundsätzen, Standards, Richtlinien und Betriebsverfahren ausgeführt werden, einschließlich Vereinbarungen mit bevorzugten Lieferanten und Anforderungen an die Auftragsvergabe
- Ausführung von Beschaffungsanfragen im Einklang mit den Richtlinien für die jeweilige Kategorie und unter Einhaltung der Grundsätze, Standards, Richtlinien und Betriebsverfahren
- Zusammenarbeit mit Beschaffungs
- und Geschäftsinteressenten, um relevante Beschaffungsprozesse zu verstehen und auszuführen.
- Anwendung geeigneter Methoden, Instrumente und Werthebel für eine effektive Beschaffung
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Category Management-Teams, um die Anforderungen der Endbenutzer zu erfüllen und Möglichkeiten zur Bündelung und Nutzung zu identifizieren
- Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Wertschöpfung durch kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmethoden, betriebliche Effizienz und optimale Lieferantenleistung
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Rechts
- und Vertragsabteilungen bei Vertragsabschlüssen, einschließlich der Vorbereitung und Prüfung von Rahmenverträgen, Arbeitsbeschreibungen und Änderungsaufträgen
- Verstehen der direkt oder indirekt erhaltenen Anforderungen der Endnutzer
- Nutzung der anwendbaren Leitfäden für die jeweilige Kategorie und der Kenntnisse im Beschaffungswesen, um die beste Methode zur Steigerung des Nutzens bei der Erfüllung der Anforderung zu ermitteln
- Ausführung von Supportanfragen unter Anwendung von Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, wo dies möglich ist
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Richtlinien, Standards und Betriebsverfahren, um die Betriebserlaubnis der Organisation zu erhalten
- Kommunikation des Status, des Fortschritts und der Ergebnisse von Beschaffungsaktivitäten
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Überprüfung der relevanten Einkaufsdokumentation
- Aufrechterhaltung des Informationsflusses zurück zu den Category Management Teams

**Ihre Kompetenz**
- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft/Beschaffungswesen oder ein ähnlicher Abschluss (**)
- Min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Beschaffungswesen mit Erfahrung in den Bereichen Auftragsvergabe, Unternehmenssysteme und Spot-Buying (**)
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und nachweisliches Verständnis für die Umsetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in Beschaffungsspezifikationen mit Blick auf den Kundenservice (**)
- Kenntnisse von Systemen und Prozessen für die effiziente Verwaltung von Vertragsunterlagen, Vorlagen und Verarbeitungswerkzeugen (z. B. eSourcing, eAuction) (**)
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse min. B2
- Kenntnisse von Unternehmenstools (SAP)
- Erfahrung oder nachgewiesenes Verständnis in der Unterstützung von Kostensenkungs
- und Wertsteigerungsprogrammen
- Teamplayer
