**Job description**:
Talenteeds, a leading recruitment agency in the industry sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager on behalf of our esteemed client. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the human resources strategy and initiatives for the company, ensuring the development and implementation of best practices in HR management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization in the industry sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and provide strategic HR advice and support
- Implement effective employee engagement and retention programs
- Drive organizational culture and foster a positive work environment
- Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and development opportunities

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
