It is \*the\* AI tool to analyze open-ended feedback, wherever it may come from - helping customers to get from texts to real insights, with ease and in no time. Caplena's vision is to become the single place of truth for feedback, where customer-centric companies go to understand the needs, wishes and pain points of their customers.

Having closed our seed round, we're looking for ambitious personalities who are eager to roll up their sleeves and have an impact. You will become an integral part of our hands-on & fun team (16 people) and have a big impact on the future development of our company. We are fast-growing with close to 130+ active customers in more than 15+ countries across a multitude of industries including some big names like eBay and DHL. And we're just warming up.

Tasks

We believe that assembling and developing our dream team is the most important thing we do to make this startup a success. As HR Manager you will:

- Work together with the founders to identify the required skills for the company
- Build and extend relationships to universities and partners
- Take care of our existing employees and help them grow
- Support HR administrative processes such as absence management
- Organize team offsites, get-togethers and other social events
- Help us make our nice office space even nicer by supporting in office management

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in general HR administration, with a focus on attracting and hiring talent
- Excellent communication skills with a highly self-organized & structured work ethic
- Hands-on, can-do attitude
- Solid written & spoken communication in English and German
- Upbeat team player with ambitions
- At least 60-80% availability
