**Junior Operational Excellence Manager/in 80-100 %**:
In der Funktion als Junior Operational Excellence Manager/in agierst du für die gesamte Stiftungsgruppe als Schlüsselfigur für die Bereiche Prozess
- und Projektmanagement.

Als Teil eines kleinen Teams entwickelst, steuerst und optimierst du Geschäftsprozesse, deren Effizienz und Effektivität sich entscheidend auf den Erfolg unserer Stiftung und ihrer Tochtergesellschaften auswirken. Du führst als (Teil-) Projektleiter/in spannende und vielseitige Projekte innerhalb der gesamten Gruppe. Um in dieser Funktion erfolgreich zu sein, bringst du bereits erste Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Prozessoptimierung und Projektmanagement mit. Durch gezielte On the Job Trainings und Weiterbildungen hast du die Möglichkeit, deine Fähigkeiten noch weiterzuentwickeln und in deinem Aufgabenbereich zu wachsen. Dein Arbeitsplatz ist in Bad Zurzach, Homeoffice Möglichkeiten sind aber vorhanden.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des Prozessmanagements in der gesamten Stiftungsgruppe
- Definition und Visualisierung von IST-Prozessen gemeinsam mit den einzelnen Fachbereichen (Tool: BIC Process Design)
- Analyse und Bewertung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse mit dem Ziel der Identifikation von Effizienzsteigerungsmöglichkeiten
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Optimierungsmassnahmen unter Berücksichtigung von Best Practices und Branchenstandards
- Durchführung interner Prozessaudits
- Mitarbeit in und Leitung von (Teil-) Projekten im Bereich Operational Excellence und anderen Unternehmensbereichen
- Unterstützung beim Führen des Projektportfoliomanagements der Stiftung

**Was wir uns von dir wünschen**:

- Einen Fachhochschulabschluss, gerne in Wirtschaftsinformatik - es sind aber auch andere Studienrichtungen möglich, oder eine andere Ausbildung denkbar
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, am besten in einem grösseren KMU und in einem ähnlichen Bereich mit
- Du verfügst bereits über erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
- Dein Prozessverständnis und deine Kenntnisse der BPMN 2.0 Methodik ermöglichen es dir, effiziente Lösungen zu entwickeln und Prozesse klar und präzise darzustellen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
