Wir suchen **nach Vereinbarung** eine/n

**Reservation Agent (m/w)**
- Professionelle telefonische und schriftliche Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungsanfragen
- Aktiver Zimmer
- und Gutscheinverkauf
- Erstellung von Offerten
- Pflege der Gästedatenbank
- Gästebetreuung in drei Sprachen (d/f/e) sowie die dazugehörige Korrespondenz
- Umsetzung unserer Qualitätsstandards
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie, idealerweise im Bereich Reservierung
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich (d/f/e)
- Gute EDV und MS-Officekenntnisse
- Idealerweise Operakenntnisse (Opera Cloud)
- Gästeorientiertes, professionelles Arbeiten und Verkaufstalent
