Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir folgenden motivierten Mitarbeitenden:
**Reservations Agent (m/w/d)**

**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**:

- Unterstützung des Reservationsteams
- Zimmerverkauf am Telefon oder per E-Mail
- Erledigen der Reservierungskorrespondenz in D, E, F
- Einhaltung der Preis
- und Revenue Management-Politik
- Handhabung allfälliger Gästereklamatione
- Mithilfe an der Réception
- Einhaltung von hotelbezogenen Standards

**Unsere Voraussetzungen**:

- Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Lehre oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie an der Réception oder in der Reservierung
- Verhandlungsgeschick und kommunikativ
- Vernetztes und strategisches Denken
- Fremdsprachen: E, F, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
- Gute Office und PC-Anwender-Kenntnisse
- Leidenschaft und Freude am Beruf
