We are currently seeking an experienced Workplace & Operations Manager to take charge of the entire office in Zug, Switzerland. Your role will have a significant impact on ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
**What would you work on?**
- Managing day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas and upgrades in the office.
- Manage car fleet agenda, including handling paperwork related to vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance.
- Manage and optimize the allocation of resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to drive cost-effective operation of the whole office.
- Oversee HR agenda, including social insurance, contracts and their amendments, work permits, and relocations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Swiss laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Trading, and IT to provide effective organizational support.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior colleagues.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Experience with Swiss business environment is a huge plus.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Proven leadership ability and great communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
