In unserem neu organisierten Sektor «People & Organization Development» übernehmen wir die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für den Employee Life Cycle unseres Vertriebs und deren Führungskräfte. Wir leisten damit einen Beitrag zur Entwicklung und zum nachhaltigen Erfolg der Distribution.

Als Mitglied des Führungsteams gestaltest du die Entwicklung unseres Sektors mit und verantwortest die ganzheitliche Leadership-Befähigung, Organisationsentwicklung (OE) der Distribution und Change Themen innerhalb des Sektors. Dafür suchen wir eine aufgestellte, empathische Persönlichkeit, die gemeinsam mit dem Team das Thema Leadership verantwortet und die Veränderungsprozesse aktiv mitgestaltet.

Dein Beitrag
- Führung und Entwicklung des Teams von ca. 8 Mitarbeitenden
- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Positionierung des Leadership & OE Angebots
- Steuerung des Strategie
- und Zielprozesses innerhalb des Sektors entlang der Distributionsziele
- Verantwortung der People Themen in der Distributionsstrategie
- Verantwortung für übergreifende Transformationsthemen im Sektor in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Einheiten
- Proaktives Stakeholdermanagement und transversale Zusammenarbeit innerhalb und ausserhalb der Distribution

Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente
- Du verfügst über eine höhere Ausbildung und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und im Projekt/Change-Management mit
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich OE und Leadership und kennst den Vertrieb und seine Bedürfnisse
- Mit deiner Passion für Entwicklungs
- und Veränderungsthemen und einer klaren Vision kannst du begeistern, überzeugen und den Change aktiv vorantreiben
- Du bist umsetzungsstark und verstehst es Strategie
- und Change Prozesse effizient und strukturiert zu steuern
- Du bist ein empathischer und erprobter Leader und in der Lage, die Mitarbeitenden bei ihrer Arbeit zu unterstützen und zu Höchstleistung zu motivieren sowie Stakeholdermanagement auf hohem Niveau zu pflegen
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Französischkenntnisse, Italienisch & Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
