What impact do you have?

Leading the specialist R&D team in Switzerland to develop formulations and technical solutions for our own Global Brands and providing solutions and services to International Customer Brands

Act as a technical sales expert and business partner to stakeholders, customers and cross functional business departments

Act as internal technical consultant for sales teams to support the business growth and to secure new business relationships and projects for Mibelle Group

With excellent business financial acumen, responsible for the financial aspects of R&D including management and reporting of budget and chargeable services to customers and stakeholders

Responsible for process improvements and development of tailor-made solutions to meet new product development needs for our global customers

Provide technical and business expertise, support and guidance to our existing Technical Business Development team in the areas of technical sales, price calculations and bespoke solution development

Defining, creating & implementation of international knowhow to further develop structures for the internationalization of the R&D Unit, based across multiple international sites of the Mibelle Group

Lead and develop team members as line manager and support in day-to-day technical solutions and troubleshooting

As Member of the R&D Leadership team manage and support strategic interactions with other Senior Management leaders such as Marketing & Sales, Purchasing, Production or Finance

Solid experience in technical sales and business acumen to transfer scientific ideas into products and measurable business results

Expert in the personal care / cosmetics industry and deep knowledge in end-to-end product development operations and technical solutions

Experience to operate, lead, and manage teams and interfaces in an international matrix organization with teams based in multiple countries

Ideas-based and inclusive leadership skills with a high motivation to develop individuals and the team further

Excellent communication skills and ability to build up meaningful relationships with stakeholders and customers

International work experience especially within UK and USA
