Solution Architect

**What's the role?**:
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect, you are accountable for the design of secure, scalable and reliable solutions that interpret data-driven behavioural triggers, orchestrate cross-channel activities and drive engagement by providing personalized customer experience across various channels. You provide technical guidance and craft directions for the Hilti’s marketing strategy by defining the architecture that implements best practices and latest cyber security standards.

**What does the role involve?**:
In close partnership with different cross-functional teams, you define the end-to-end solutions interfacing various systems (SAP, Salesforce Sales Cloud, enterprise data lake, web site, etc.) to get insights about customer behaviour and trigger appropriate marketing actions through Hilti’s omni-channel platform. You understand stakeholders’ needs, as opposed to wants, and clearly explain risks and trade-offs of possible solutions. It is your responsibility to evaluate, design and review solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring compliance with security and architecture standards.

**What you need is**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
- Multiple years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other digital marketing platforms (e.g. Marketo, SAP Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Practical knowledge of best practices in data integration and marketing automation
- Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, structured approach to problem solving, and desire to continuously explore new technologies
- Ability to adaptively communicate with developers, other architects, management as well as business stakeholders
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
