**What your responsibilities will entail**
- Supporting the coordinating and implementation of the e-commerce sites for the Swiss and Austrian market
- Collaborating with brand stakeholders and regional teams to achieve monthly targets through local expertise
- Daily translations of newsletters, websites and other communication channels for corresponding brands
- Tracking relevant sales and traffic KPIs and performing competitor analysis
- Monthly performance analysis and commercial trade planning for multiple brands
- Support website curating and updating with focus on e-commerce UX and UI using a variety of digital tools
- Support media asset creation with graphic software
- Working with digital marketing departments (such as CRM, Paid Media, Owned Media etc.) to help drive traffic and sales performance

**Qualifications** What you will contribute**
- A successfully completed bachelor's/master’s degree in business management/administration, marketing or equivalent in a related field
- Working experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment preferred but not needed, ideally for a luxury and/or cosmetics brand
- Initial experience with e-commerce platforms, content management systems and customer experience tools
- Strong affinity in digital marketing and luxury cosmetics industry
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative (Photoshop, InDesign) or any equivalent graphic design software
- Expertise on the entire MS Office Suite, in particular Excel
- Team-Player with an international mindset and collaborative approach
- The ability to think creatively and work independently with a willingness to take initiative
- Native speaker of French with strong German and English skills. Further languages are a plus.
