Digital Content Production Intern

**In short**:
Due to propelling growth in our Direct To Consumer (DTC) business, we are looking for a Digital Content Production Intern to help shape the next phase of On's onsite experience across our new Digital flagship. You will work within the DTC E-Commerce Merchandising & Optimization team in an environment where we make ideas happen fast and give you high levels of responsibility. You will aim to provide a best-in-class brand experience by optimizing and innovating the way we tell stories and showcase On’s innovation to our many communities. You will have the opportunity to communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, both globally and locally, and leverage all of the available digital tools to ensure the best onsite experiences.

**Your Mission**:

- Champion enhancements across the site for OFF stories, Innovation articles, Athlete pages and campaign-based micro-sites
- Collaborate with Designers, Studio and Content teams to match strong visuals with rich copy to create an inspirational and engaging onsite experience
- Bring to life local activations, stories, and brand moments through bespoke production builds and tactical placement onsite
- Collaborate with the Digital Campaigns team to build out campaign-related experiences, and the Marketing teams to update existing website touchpoints and ensure a frictionless journey within Brand content areas
- Track performance and share best practice and learnings from Brand content areas of the site to key stakeholders within and outside of DTC
- Collaborate with Ecommerce Merchandising & Optimization team to ensure brand content and commerce are connected in a clean flow
- Test and learn different content types, page layouts and commercial links to optimize performance

**Your story**:

- You have previous experience in a Digital or Ecommerce environment
- You have some hands-on experience building, maintaining and optimizing content with a CMS tool (we use Contentful, but this is not essential)
- You have an understanding of content placement onsite and connected user journeys
- You have some familiarity with project management tools
- You like things to run smoothly - and with your organizational skills, they always do
- You are able to multitask, work at pace and adapt to change
- Your forte is building lasting relationships, a skill that comes in very handy when it comes to managing the expectations of a variety of stakeholders.

**Your story**:

- You have previous experience in a Digital or Ecommerce environment
