Als Product Sustainability Manager bist du der Dreh
- und Angelpunkt im Category Management rund um das Thema Nachhaltigkeit hinsichtlich unseres Produkt Portfolios. Wir möchten unseren Kunden auf intuitive Art und Weise den Kaufprozess und die Übersicht über nachhaltige Produkte erleichtern und Nachhaltigkeit im Produktbereich intern gezielter angehen. Als nachhaltige Produkte verstehen wir Produkte mit ausgezeichneten Hintergrund (Labels) von offiziellen Stellen, z.B. biologisch hergestellt, ohne Tierversuche, energieeffizient oder fairer Handel.

**Aufgaben**:

- Du analysierst, definierst und bestimmst anerkannte Nachhaltigkeits-Labels, die wir für die verschiedenen Produktsortimente in unserem Onlineshop verwenden wollen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams für Produkt
- und Daten-Akquisition, Datenerfassung und Shop-Darstellung zusammen und formulierst Inputs für die Optimierung unserer Prozess
- und Systemlandschaft in Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeitsthemen.
- Du arbeitest bei der Identifikation und Zuordnung nachhaltiger Produkte mit.
- Du trägst zu einer Erhöhung unserer Produktdatenqualität in Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeit bei und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen für daran beteiligte Teams und Funktionen ab.
- Mit einer ausgeprägten Endkundenperspektive entwirfst du Inputs zu Shopstruktur und Shopdarstellung für eine übersichtliche Anzeige nachhaltiger Produkte.
- Du baust ein umfassendes Wissen zu Sustainability Prozessen, Produkten, Trends und Entwicklungen am Markt, digitec Galaxus und im gesetzlichen Umfeld auf. Aus diesem Wissen heraus leitest du Best Practices zum Umgang mit Nachhaltigkeit im E-Commerce Umfeld her.
- Du treibst die Themen Messbarkeit, KPIs und Reporting rund ums Thema Nachhaltigkeit voran.
- Du bist Teil des Shop Structure Management Teams, welches sich um das Grundfundament unseres Datensystems und der Navigation im Shop kümmert.

**Anforderungen**:

- Du verfügst über einen Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss vorzugsweise in wirtschaftlicher oder technischer Richtung.
- Du hast ein grosses Interesse und Neugier für Nachhaltigkeit im Produktumfeld, E-Commerce und für Kundenbedürfnisse in der digitalen Customer Journey.
- Von Vorteil hast du erste Erfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit gesammelt und kennst dich mit Nachhaltigkeits-Labels aus.
- Du hast Spass und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten.
- Du besitzt fortgeschrittene Anwenderkenntnisse im Excel und hast optimalerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Onlineshop-Traffic Analyse
- Dich zeichnen Initiativgeist, überzeugendes Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen aus. Zudem magst du es, eigenverantwortlich & selbständig zu arbeiten.
- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch (Fremdsprachen sind ein Plus)
