- Our team covers several entities and brands, while focused on support/central functions we also look after finished goods flows, inventories as well as some industrial activities. This new position will be highly exposed towards senior management, primarily based in Fribourg and will require regular presence in Geneva.- This position includes management of two/three financial planners & analysts and will report directly to the Head of FP&A, in a department of twelve people.**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Team Management**:

- Define and prioritize activities for direct team in line with department head
- Specify and formalize team member roles, responsibilities and objectives
- Manage team performance and provide dedicated support where needed
- Track, coach, develop and align direct reports in line with overall department strategy

**Financial Planning & Analysis**:

- be the single point of contact, the financial expert & business partner to Brands Finance HQ or Functions decisions makers
- promote thorough understanding of all financial and logistics flows, foster business finance literacy
- ensure comprehensive and efficient operational & financial reporting, controlling and planning
- secure monthly closing in due course, exhaustivity and quality
- support managers drive the business, knowing and understanding all business main drivers
- drive financial planning (scenarios, quarterly forecasts and budgets)
- provide in depth variances analysis (monthly) to both business and finance management

**Compliance**:

- secure all financial flows according to internal policies and procedures
- guarantee compliance to IFRS as well as to our internal control system (ICS)

**Process improvement & projects & transformation**:

- contribute to rethink and reshape our current organization
- promote process standardization, improvement and automation
- leverage technology in our day-to-day routines and reengineer dashboards and reports

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Willing to join a growing and complex organization, you come along with the following assets:
- 10 years of proven experience in financial audit/analysis, business controlling and financial planning
- gained first management experience
- hold a master’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- sound understanding of IFRS (or comparable)
- in depth experience of SAP FICO, any other module is a plus
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Pivot & Power Query) and strong interest in coding
- curious with a self-driven mindset, you are willing to make a difference together with your team
- excellent communication and presentation skills with all hierarchy levels
- analytical and rigorous personality always inclined to networked thinking
- fluent in English and your French is good too, any other language is a plus
