Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in corporate communications
- 5 years in a senior role in any communication discipline
- Have a provable track record in successfully accomplishing milestones and deadlines in projects with a 6+ month scope
- Have either an academic background in Finance or comparable experience working in Fintech, Banking or similar fields of industries
- Professional English and German

Preferred Qualifications
- Be experienced in working in remote/home office environments
- Have the ability to lead a diverse team of multi-national experts in a wide variety of employment situations (freelancers, SLA contributors, remote employees, core-employees)
- Have sufficient knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance issues
- Any other foreign language is a plus
- Be able to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Having lead teams in start-ups or communication agencies is a big plus
- Completed further training as a vocational trainer (“BerufsbildnerIn”) is an advantage or willingness to complete such training

About this position

The Corporate Communications department of the Cryptix Group acts as an agency for many ventures and supports various brands. As Head of Corporate Communications, you are responsible for the sustainable reputation, the public awareness and interest in Cryptix, its products and services as well as their subsidiary brands. In this role, you will manage and oversee the whole planning, production and publication of corporate communication together with a team of experts and in close cooperation with the Head of Marketing.

Based on the branding framework, you develop media, content and resource plans to enhance and defend the reputation of the brands entrusted to you. You will be responsible for managing a dynamically changing service list and deploying it at a high level with your team. Among others, these include:

- Strategic communication planning for Cryptix and its ventures
- Public Relations and Agency Management
- Reputation Management
- Internal Communications
- Employer Branding
- Content Production and Publishing
- Set-up, maintenance and further development of owned media (social, websites )

You are responsible for the entire life cycle of corporate communications content. From the initial briefing to production, approval and acceptance, you ensure the high quality of all products. You make the precise publishing, as well as the analysis and resulting further development of the processes and the department your central leadership task.

Cryptix AG is the central venture-building platform and umbrella for a European cluster of businesses. The company founds, promotes, and maintains subsidiaries and participations that work under one vision to create the “People’s Financial Marketplace”. The Group consists of companies in Switzerland, Austria, and Slovenia. Cryptix Labs GmbH, the in-house R&D centre provides technology insights focusing on Blockchain and DLT.
