Group Department Head Sustainability
100% (m/w/d)

**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Sicherstellung der aktuellen und künftigen Anforderungen der externen und internen Anspruchsgruppen (Behörden/Kunden/RONAL GROUP) im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit/CSR
- Personelle und fachliche Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches Nachhaltigkeit für die RONAL GROUP
- Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung der Nachhaltigkeitsthemen an allen Standorten
- Konzeption, Überwachung und Koordination der Umsetzung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und -agenda der RONAL GROUP
- Positionierung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches Nachhaltigkeit für die RONAL GROUP und der weltweiten Tochtergesellschaften
- Entwicklung und Kommunikation unternehmensweiter Richtlinien und Verfahren, welche den regulatorischen Anforderungen entsprechen
- Festlegen und Überwachen von CSR-Leistungsindikatoren
- Integration, Weiterentwicklung und Monitoring der Nachhaltigkeitskultur in Zusammenarbeit mit sämtlichen RONAL Standorten
- Repräsentieren der RONAL GROUP bei internen wie auch externen Networking-Verantstaltungen und Konferenzen im Zusammenhang mit Nachhaltigkeit

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Universität oder Fachhochschulabschluss in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Nachhaltigkeits
- oder Naturwissenschaften
- Zusatzqualifikation/Weiterbildungen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, CSR
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem internationalen Produktionsbetrieb im Bereich Sustainability/CSR
- Selbstsichere Persönlichkeit kombiniert mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und hoher Leidenschaft für den Fachbereich
- Selbständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer mit diplomatischem Flair und Hands-on Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
- Internationale Reisetätigkeit: ca. 10-15%
