**About the team**:
The Digital Sales organization at Sunrise is rewriting the telecom digital marketing playbook. We are responsible for optimizing the web traffic, maximizing online revenue, and improving onsite customer experience using technology and automated levers. As we transition to a world where our customers interact in more digital conversations and interactions, the role will be directly responsible for new customer acquisition and support state-of-art sales

customer journeys.

**Where We See This Role Going**:
In this role you will have the end-to-end ownership of the SEO channel. Working alongside with a strong cross functional team of Digital Marketing Managers, Content Managers, Business Analysts and Marketing Automation experts. The team operates in a fully Agile way of working.

This position is opportunity to develop SEO channel and build marketing technology stack for one of the biggest telecom providers in Europe. SEO marketing problem space is challenging, and constantly moving. The role requires a highly analytical mindset, data savviness, a strong business sense and curiosity to seek out new possibilities and dive deep into technical solutions to support them. You will be comfortable in identifying opportunity areas, quantifying them, and delivering results. You will own projects and product features end to end, work directly with tech & BI teams and be responsible for scaling globally, working closely with our global team members.

**Key job responsibilities**:
This SEO manager will be responsible for developing the SEO channel, success metrics, and projects, incl. the design and delivery of new technology specifically you will:
Strategize
- Define Sunrise’s SEO strategy and prioritize the backlog
- Shape and execute our strategy to solve complex SEO problems (using large scale data analysis) that can have a material difference to our commercial performance
- Define the primary and guardrail KPIs to measure SEO performance

Build MVPS
- Write product requirements, overall feature or system architecture and lead the delivery of the product
- Audit and analyze Sunrise website, analytics and crawl data, identify issues, find opportunities, develop MVPs, and scale in order to improve SEO performance
- Conduct SEO experiments in, using rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, statistical methods) and prove their effectiveness
- Identify strategic opportunities and prioritize them against other tactical actions to achieve a balance of short term and long-term performance
- Work with external agencies to create onsite content at scale and measure the results

Report
- Run our weekly and quarterly SEO performance reviews
- Run ad-hoc cause-and-effect analysis to derive action plans for specific issues

Scale
- Scale successful MVPs into automated hands-off-the-wheel products

**What we look for in an applicant**:
**Your Competencies**

**For this position, we expect**:

- Working experience ideally in product management, consulting, or SEO with willingness to move to product management and business.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for analysis and related tools
- Confident working closely with technical (Engineering / BI / Data Science) and non-technical teams
- Excellent English communication skills
- Interest in the technical and quantitative aspects of digital marketing
- A track record of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
- Experience with SEO industry programs, such as AHREFs, SEMRush, Botify, Google Data Studio etc.
- Good at talking to people and solving problems together
- Finally, you can tell stories in English, preferably good ones

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of SQL, python
- Prior experience with SEO automation
- Knowledge about Machine Learning & Statistics
- You speak another European languages French/German/Italian
