We're looking for a new Team Lead for our team Customer Service Financial Institutions within Payments Investigations covering services in connection with:
- investigate inquiries around payments and cash management products and processes
- handle global cash movements in all currencies and bank products
- manage large payments, monitoring flows across systems within our firm
- act as a single point of contact for bank to bank payments
- investigate the status of payments which were not processed as expected

**Your team**
- As a team lead you will become part and become responsible of our experienced Payments Customer Financial Institutions Team in Schaffhausen. We ensure timely and correct execution of payment orders and cash management related services.

**Your expertise**
- fluent in German and English is a must; every other language would be an advantage
- strong focus on quality, accuracy and timely delivery
- solid track record as a team-lead or other management role
- ability to organize a team and build a relationship to team-members
- excellent communication skills combined with empathy
- experience in payments is a strong plus
- interested in digitalization, automation and process optimization
