**Your team**

The Web Client Payments team is a dynamic team of Software Developers and Business Analysts spread across development centers in Edinburgh, Zurich and Manila. We follow an agile process, working closely with the Product Owner and related teams to develop product features and provide support to our extensive global customer base.

We work with customers and our product management team to develop and deliver state of the art user experiences and help shape the online payments landscape of tomorrow. The team is part of many exciting and challenging projects relating to cutting-edge Swiss, European and worldwide banking initiatives, as well as evolving our Web Payments functionality to lead the way in an ever-changing market for our retail and private wealth customers.

**Your mission**
- Ownership over Avaloq’s Web Client Payment products, built by your development team
- Develop a deep understanding of the regulation, the customer and product needs
- Create the product vision and execute the product roadmap
- Groom and prioritize the product backlog
- Analyze and challenge new functional/non-functional requirements
- Write user stories and specifications for new features
- Lead the Web Client Payment team and support the growth of your team members
- Collaborate with the development team, project team, service team, product management, customers, users and other stakeholders
- Ensure quality of the product and efficient development process
- Prepare the product launch, prepare and present in sales cases and customer events
- Manage product updates from end to end by coordinating between all involved stakeholders all the way from building to running the product.

**Qualifications**:
**What you need**
- University or college degree in computer science/engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent professional education
- Excellent banking knowledge in the areas of Payment
- Demonstrate strategic thinking by using appropriate information to diagnose problems, identify possible solutions and collaborate with impacted groups to drive decisions
- Admirable oral and presentation skills to communicate effectively with small and large groups across all levels of staff and management
- Project planning and management skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Adapt to changing circumstances quickly and professionally
- Strong analytical skills and high standards in terms of product quality
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

**You will get extra points for the following**
- Knowledge of Italian, German and/or French
- Experience with Avaloq or other banking systems
- Experience with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
