At Ginetta, we work in small, agile, independent engineering teams, fully dedicated to crafting great software. As a Technical Product Partner, you will guide the engineering workstream of projects from the pitch until the finish line and even beyond.

**Requirements**:
You love collaboration and agile practices. Seeing teams come together and work towards a shared goal gives you the energy you need to thrive. Your daily work will involve structuring and leading the collaboration process. You will organise agile ceremonies, write user stories, plan the project roadmap, prioritise the product backlog, perform quality assurance, and manage potential risks and dependencies.

- You have worked on multiple agile projects as a Project Manager, Product Owner or Tech Lead.

The ability to help others succeed and to provide constructive feedback is essential in this role. You know what it takes to foster a happy, human-centered, collaborative, and inclusive project environment.

- You have led cross-functional teams of various sizes and can prove excellent communication skills.

Building strong relationships with existing and potential clients is also part of your responsibilities. At Ginetta, we make the collaboration with clients successful through transparency and open communication. As their main point of contact in the project team, you will organise review and planning sessions and prioritise functionality based on value and budget considerations. In this key role, you will communicate what amazing work we are doing but also deliver bad news when necessary. Most of our clients are based in Switzerland, and a few of them use German as a business language.

- You speak fluent German and have experience on either side of the table: leading the client relationship in the service industry, or being responsible for vendor teams as a client. Plus points if you have tried both sides

You think as engineers and developers do and speak their language. This will enable you to work closely with the engineering team and help them grow.

- You have worked at least 3 years as a software engineer/developer or as a Tech Lead. Ideally, you have a degree in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering, or any related field.

- You are familiar with web technologies and the latest web development trends.

You also enjoy both in-person and remote work. As a Technical Product Partner, your consistent presence in the office is important to facilitate conversations internally and with clients. You will therefore join our beautiful office in Zurich and be with us on site from Monday to Thursday to connect with the rest of the team here. But you also appreciate that many of our team members are located all around the world, and communicating with them remotely on a daily basis won’t be an issue.
