Maintenance and Facilities Manager

Proclinical are recruiting a Maintenance and Facilities Manager for a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Nidau. The client is focused on producing manufactured goods for the eyes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle and contribute to the deterrent preservation, repair and calibration actions affiliated with the engineering and apparatus of ophthalmic medical products.
- Guarantee compliance to the organisation's safety guidelines and regulations.
- Accountable for maintenance and facilities projects and their achievement in the prepared timetable and budget.
- To adapt to the expansion of the organisation and impending manufacturing, you will evolve the team.
- You will warrant compliance with QMS procedures for the maintenance and facilities division.
- **Skills & Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in an engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position ideally in a medical device or pharmaceutical establishment with at least 2 years in a team management role.
- Fluency in the German and English languages with knowledge in French which would be desirable.
- Computer literacy in MS Office, ERP, etc.
- Social skills with the ability to guide a team.
- An organised individual who is solution focused and able to efficaciously outline and set priorities.
- Able to suggest and execute advancing projects.
