The role of Head of GMP Support has been created to bundle and harmonize the below operational support activities and build a center of expertise and executional excellence. This function covers business processes and activities related to Hygiene Projects and Systems, Deviation management and GMP room cleaning for the Biologics assets at Visp.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a dedicated team of leaders with skilled technical experts and committed executional staff
- Ensure development and site wide implementation of improvement and harmonization projects related to material and personnel transfer as well as room cleaning
- Support assets during qualification in the coordination of activities related to the above
- Continuously strive for efficiency, digitalization and excellence and expand the scope of services provided to the supported functions
- Further strengthen and develop the team to support change management and thorough and timely investigation of deviations
- Ensure smooth less execution of daily operational activities with feedback loops to our internal stakeholders

Key requirements:

- PhD or MSc in Life Sciences
- Over 5 years of experience in GMP environment with a strong understanding of Annex 1 and Annex 2
- Leadership experience
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and intermediate in German
