Job Title: Business Support Lead

Location: Visp, Switzerland

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Lead to join our team for an exciting project in the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of business processes and project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  2. Coordinate and manage communication between different departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  3. Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  4. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
  5. Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  6. Manage and maintain project databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  7. Handle procurement and logistics tasks, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  8. Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a business support or administrative role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
  7. Knowledge of GMP compliance requirements is preferred.
