This role will serve as End-to-End Program Leader with full responsibility for planning, managing and executing design, refurbishment, commissioning and validation of a facility within PCP. The E2E Program Leader has full ownership of the cost, scope and schedule of the entire program and is responsible for achieving set business goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish project charter/business requirement including scope of work, goals and deliverables together with the relevant SGIE Project Leader to support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide the CAR together with key functions and present it to the approval bodies (BULT, GOLT, EC, BoD).
- Ensure the business case and CAR can be delivered from a cross-functional perspective (including capex, operations, process, procurement, QA, HR, etc).
- Establishing the project team/ structure necessary to reach the project goals
- Responsible for the delivery of project goals in terms of cost, time, functionality. Develop the project plan and execution strategy and to set-up the contractual framework
- Ensure optimal flow of information within project organization and at interfaces with SGIE project leader/project steering committee, and mediating in case of problems. Ensure that the adequate project control/governance systems needed to manage the risk, change control, cost and schedule are timely in place & conduct regular engineering and project control reviews in order to ensure that the project execution is on track or escalated to the steering committee as necessary
- Manage scope changes and impacts in alignment with SGIE Project Leader.
Key requirements:
- University degree in Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent scientific degree / equivalent experience
- Significant experience in Manufacturing / Operations
- Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity, translate long term objectives into short term tactical plans and balance risk for overall plant and business success
- High level of suite specific operations and technical skills
- Demonstrate role model EPS and safety behaviors
- Effective Planning, Organizing and Controlling competency
- Exhibition of sound decision making, considering broad scope of factors
- Effectively communicate at all levels in verbal and written form and manage multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, negotiations, collaboration and management skills
- Expertise in prioritizing and directing tasks in a fast-paced environment is critical
- Fluency in German and English
