**Microcaps** is a young company founded in March 2019. We have a highly dynamic and ambitious team and an exciting and disruptive technology. We are currently growing and in an exciting phase of our development as we start to build market traction.

Customer demand means that we now need to establish our first production site. In order to help us deliver on time, we are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to help us plan and execute. You will be working with all areas of the business, suppliers, consultants and other third parties so great communication and influencing skills are required.

**Your mission will include**:

- Planning, orchestrating and governance of the entire project to launch our production capacity.
- Leading one of the detailed Streams of Work, depending on your background it may be the Site Commissioning, Quality Assurance, In-bound/Outbound Supply Chain or ERP retrofit.
- Providing oversight and structure to the team for the pilot/smaller scale projects in the lead up to full capacity.

**What you will bring**:

- At least 2 years of project management experience
- A technical (Engineering, Production) or Business Degree /Masters
- A pragmatic solutions focus, and a hands-on attitude
- An eagerness to take on new challenges
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Extraordinary organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Work permit for Switzerland

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in setting up a production or building site in Switzerland
- Formal project Management qualifications

**Job Type**: 80-100%

**Salary**: CHF70,000.00 - CHF90,000.00 per year
