Aujourd’hui, nous sommes à la recherche d’une rockstar afin de compléter notre team d’entrepreneurs passionnés au sein de l’entreprise eHealth la plus cool de Suisse.

Dans le cadre de notre développement en Suisse Romande, nous recherchons un/une Junior Inside Sales d'exception pour participer activement au développement commercial de l’entreprise et au suivi de la relation clients.

**Tes missions**:

- Prendre contact avec nos professionnels de santé afin de leur présenter et les convaincre d’utiliser nos offres complémentaires.
- Être garant(e) de la satisfaction des professionnels de santé tout au long de leur engagement avec OneDoc.
- Travailler étroitement avec les équipes Sales et Customer Success pour partager les retours de nos clients et les idées d’amélioration.
- Assurer la formation des professionnels de santé et leur apporter la meilleure expérience client.
- Établir et maintenir une relation durable avec les clients de manière fun et innovante par mail, téléphone
- Tenir à jour notre CRM et s’assurer que toutes les informations importantes s’y trouvent.
- Élaborer tous les supports d’aide à la relation client (formation, FAQ, support) conjointement avec nos teams Support et Marketing.

**Profil recherché**:

- Diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce, d’une formation en vente ou équivalent universitaire (HEC)
- Tu as déjà une expérience réussie en vente ou en gestion de compte
- Tu aimes l'idée d'être au contact des professionnel de santé, tu es à l’écoute et orienté solution
- Tu as une excellente communication orale et écrite en Français
- Tu as de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et orales en anglais
- Tu es à l'aise avec les nouvelles technologies (connaissance de Hubspot un plus)
- Empathique et à l’écoute, tu es convaincu(e) que la satisfaction client est le nerf de la guerre
- Tu es à l'aise et flexible dans un environnements dynamique
- Tu es curieux(se) et avide d'apprentissage
- Tu es organisé(e) et autonome
