**Your Role and Responsibilities**

As an Associate Partner for our Security and Resiliency unit you will be responsible for driving the sales and the delivery of IT Security services to clients.

In this role your day-to-day activities will include:

- End-to-end opportunity ownership and working with other Kyndryl resources to support deal closures and delivery
- Participating in sales activities such as new business development or bid and proposal activity
- Defining a unique winning proposition using technology-specific expertise and orchestrating the overall deal response
- Leading client engagement negotiations in bringing the consulting experience for new technologies for IT Security deals and determining the pricing/commercial strategy
- Analyzing requirements with our customers and developing a common understanding of the future landscape around security practices
- Keeping track of costs, operational stability and the integration of the developed solutions
- Conducting client workshops, presenting Kyndryl IT Security services, building trust-based relationship with our clients and conveying Kyndryl value to them
- Networking and leveraging internal Kyndryl matrix and extended teams to develop best solutions for the clients
- Maintaining relationships with key alliance partners and co-selling within ecosystems

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT security, compliance and risk management, including privacy, controls
- Deep knowledge and experience in one or several below areas:

- Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SANS GIAC, Security+ and/or OSCP a plus
- Experience advising customers on architectures meeting industry standards such as PCIDSS, HIPAA/HDS, and NIST/DoD frameworks
- Strong understanding of information security regulatory requirements and standards such as ISO 27001/2, GDPR
- Proven experience in a consulting, business development or similar role (preferably gained from service companies or leading consulting companies)
- Broad knowledge of the market and strong professional network in the D-CH market
- Good understanding of the competitive landscape and be ability to develop appropriate sales and consultative strategies to win
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish trusted long-term relationships with customer including key decision makers
- Excellent leadership skills, strong results orientation and decision-making skills
- Very good German and English language skills (French knowledge is a plus)
