**Your Role and Responsibilities**

We are looking for a true "Hunter" sales professional that understands how to cultivate new business and how to manage a territory to win net new clients:

- new customer acquisition and business generation
- identify and develop opportunities
- translate Kyndryl’s portfolio into a client's value to support hier/her customers to grow their business
- achieve high levels of client satisfaction with clients
- build lasting customer relationships
- network and leverage internal Kyndryl teams to develop best solutions for the client
- understand and integrate into the Eco-system and competitive landscape
- develop unique selling proposition
- focus on New Logo customer

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or similar
- Strong Network with C-levels and key decision makers in Switzerland
- At least 5 years experience in a sales role, preferably in services
- At least 5 years experience in demonstrating a successful track record of negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable in services and Multicloud environments
- Used to work in a multidisciplinary team and defining and achieving personal and common objectives
- Strong presentation and pitch skills
- Dynamic and adapt quickly to change, able to identify and create new proposals
- Language: Fluent in German and English

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- At least 10 years experience in Life Sciences in Switzerland
