**Junior/Assistant International Corporate Underwriter (m/w/d) **80 - 100%****:
Generali GC&C is the Generali Group unit that develops P&C business and insurance services for medium and large companies. The Swiss unit acts as Fronting Office and works in close collaboration with a central management team and specialized teams.

**What to expect**: Support the writing of international business - incoming business:

- Control and approval of customer policies and their terms and conditions
- Issuance of renewals, binders, policies, endorsements and cancellations, certificates of insurance within prescribed timelines
- Ensuring that underwriting is conducted within the standards, timeframes and conducting quality control checks to ensure adherence to division specific guidelines and procedures
- Tracking of premium bookings
- Coordination with local brokers: policy issuance, premium collection, claims
- Coordination with the international network GC&C, and teams of specialists and Technical Center at local level for special cases
- Potential portfolio monitoring, claims statement and statistics

This is a great opportunity to work in a worldwide unit and to build up underwriting competencies especially in Property and Casualty within the insurance sector.

**The skills you'll bring**:

- Minimum 1 year of related insurance experience and/or training; or equivalent, relevant combination of education and experience
- Good knowledge of English and French (minimum level C1), German and Italian are an advantage
- Client and solution-oriented, able to build relationships at central and local level
- At ease with numbers and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Motivated, genuinely curious and with an interest in international environment
- Well organized, with attention to detail
- Ability in communication and presentations
