L'Hotel Splendide Royal, membro di Swiss Deluxe Hotels e The Leading Hotels of the World è alla ricerca di una/un **Front Office Manager**

Requisiti per la posizione:

- Personalità dinamica
- Eloquente ed educato
- Fluente (orale e scritto) in italiano, inglese, tedesco e francese
- Problem solver
- Esperienza diretta nel servizio clienti
- Solida conoscenza delle procedure e delle best practice dell'ospitalità
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di leadership
- Laurea in gestione dell'ospitalità

Per lo svolgimento della mansione è richiesto una diploma di scuola alberghiera o un attestato di qualificazione professionale e almeno tre anni di esperienza in un albergo di categoria superiore e avere buone conoscenze linguistiche. E’ ritenuta molto importante l’esperienza pratica e il contatto umano con gli ospiti.

Albergo di cinque stelle della Belle Epoque, inaugurato nel 1887 e situato lungo il Lago Ceresio. Ai propri ospiti offre un’atmosfera calda e familiare. Regala loro un’esperienza di soggiorno esclusiva ed elegante circondata da una vista ed un paesaggio incantevole. 93 camere, di cui tre Suite e quattro Junior Suite tutte arredate con grande attenzione ai dettagli, il Ristorante La Veranda, il Ristorante gastronomico I Due Sud, il Bar Belle Epoque, il Lounge Bar La Piazzetta, il Forziere del Vino e quattro sale Riunioni-Banchetti. Membro di The Leading Hotels of the World e di Swiss Deluxe Hotels. Certificato in ambito della Qualità QQQ dalla Federazione Svizzera del Turismo.
