- UNICEF’s Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) has ambitious goals to deliver on income and influence. Compelling, authentic content is an important driver in donor engagement journeys among private sector fundraising channels, including corporates, foundations, philanthropy, faith and membership-based and other channels.

Compelling content can show the impact that we are making together with our donors and partners for children, both in emergency and non-emergency contexts. Content and authentic storytelling about UNICEF programmes and its unique role also allows potential donors to see new ways to envision their support by bringing them closer to the complexities of a situation, the human stories and the unique ways in which UNICEF works to improve the lives of children.

UNICEF PFP’s Supporter Content Team seeks the support of an energetic, talented, creative storytelling, versatile Content Production and Editing Intern for HV Stewardship Content. You will join our small but productive group to help develop and deliver creative, quality, emotive, memorable content to embellish our partner donor journeys.

**How can you make a difference?**

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking part in creative brainstorming sessions
- Assistant editing duties on Adobe Premiere Pro including:
o creation of b-roll selections

o editing of standup pieces-to-camera (PTCs) with b-roll

o editing of paper scripts

o versioning of audiovisual products for different distribution requirements

o Transcription, transcoding and subtitling duties

o Elementary graphics creation
- Organization & compilation of rushes, and creation and uploading of Premiere Pro project files
- Music shortlisting
- Shorthand multimedia story drafting
- Preparing and uploading multimedia content to UNICEF's digital asset management platform.
- Metadata content form creation
- (if Geneva-based) Filming assistant duties, including assistance on set ups of filming PTCs, and helping with equipment inventories
- Supporting the collection of feedback and data on product usage.
- Other tasks as identified in the process of the above.

**Supervisor**:Communication Specialist, High Value Stewardship Content, Marketing and Public Relations Services, Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP)

**Duration**:26 weeks, tentatively starting in April 2024

**Modality**:Paid, full-time

**Location**: Geneva/Remote

**To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have**
- Qualifications
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or Ph.D. degree programme or have graduated within the past two years. Ideal fields: communication, filmmaking, multimedia studies
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Have excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records.
- Have no immediate relatives (e.g. father, mother, brother, sister) working in any UNICEF office; and have no other relatives in the line of authority that the intern will report to.

Experience
- A broad portfolio in multimedia production - photo, video, text.
- Two years of experience of editing, preferably on Adobe Premiere Pro (Experience and capability of working with editing software, and basic knowledge of filming).
- Additional consideration will be given for any experience in development.
