**Your contribution to KPMG****:

- Unterstütze KPMG-Mitarbeitende bei prozessualen und systembezogenen Fragen im Bereich CRM (1. Level) für die gesamte Schweiz
- Arbeite bei der Durchführung von Schulungen sowie bei der Bereitstellung von Schulungs
- und Präsentationsunterlagen mit
- Stelle die CRM-Datenqualität in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern wie Marketing, Sales oder Finance sicher
- Überwache externe Datenquellen und bereite Daten für den Bereich Market Intelligence auf
- Arbeite bei der Durchführung von Markt
- und Mitbewerberanalysen mit
- Beteilige dich bei Projekten im Bereich CRM und/oder Market Intelligence

- Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Studiums oder einer höheren Fachschule (HF) in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Erste Berufserfahrung zB. in Form eines Praktikums oder einem Teilzeitjobs während des Studiums
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von CRM-Systemen
- Dienstleistungsorientierte und initiative Persönlichkeit mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und einer selbstständigen, exakten Arbeitsweise
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Interesse an Entwicklungen und Trends im Markt
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Anspruchsgruppen auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse (Formeln, Pivot-Tabellen)
