The Travelling Fleet Supervisor - Onboard Revenues supports the Manager of Onboard Revenue by providing feedback from the ships, training and coaching the Onboard Revenue Directors, auditing shipboard OBR operations and implementing new SOP’s and projects.
- Minimum 3 years of shipboard experience as Onboard Revenue Director or similar role;
- Fluent English, oral and written. Any additional European language is considered an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package with a great focus on MS Excel;
- Knowledge of Hotel Management digital system (Fidelio etc.);
- Excellent knowledge of revenue strategies, analysis, department KPI’s, brand marketing standards and program;
- Advanced knowledge of analytics, forecast, gross\/net revenue, producing business models and margin;
- Advanced business acumen, revenue flow vs guest flow, guest satisfaction metrics;
- Advanced knowledge and implementation of all forms of marketing (digital & printed);
- Strong communication skills to drive collaboration between shipboard management teams;
- Problem-solving abilities to improve onboard business operations;
- Stress management and flexibility;
- Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks effectively, and be decisive;
- Highly capable promoter, to instill culture of excellence in events and promotions execution.
- Coordinate regular ship visits and onboard audits;
- Develop the OBR Directors through regular training and coaching;
- Lead the OBR activities according to the guest demographic and OBR corporate strategy, in order to maximize the overall revenue;
- Support the OBR Directors by providing consistent leadership, guidance, and feedback to the shipboard OBR teams;
- Implement pre-approved tactical marketing plans for new or existing initiatives;
- Ensure that a regular feedback is provided on the effectiveness of shipboard marketing materials to shore side Marketing departments;
- Develop the OBR operations by creating new SOP’s, new reporting tools or processes, tutorials, training files and best practices journal;
- Ensure that the following activities are running smoothly through constant auditing:

- OBR promotions are aligned with daily revenue expectations;
- All the communications for our guests (Daily Specials, ITV, cabin deliveries, invitations, flyers, etc.) are aligned with brand standards and delivered to the proper audience;
- Organization and execution of regular OBR meetings;
- Reporting is done in the most optimal way and per latest standards.VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)
