We continue to expand and count 70.000 customers, over 6.500 fiduciary partners and more than 150 employees. In order to continue to grow, we need active support
Teamlead 3rd Level 100% (w/m/d)

**What awaits you**:
You will be leading a small team (2-3) while still actively engaging in the daily business.
On a day to day basis you will join the team in investigating technical anomalies escalated by 2nd level support.
Together with the team you will act as the single point of contact between the teams supporting customers and the technical departments.
For technical matters, such as inquiries around the bexio API, the 3rd level team facilitates the communication with customers.

**What we expect from you**:
You have natural curiosity and a continuous learning and experimental mindset.
Troubleshooting complex technical problems is not only an ability but rather a passion of yours.
You are looking to take on more responsibility transitioning to a leadership role.
The technical stack around LINUX, GIT, MySQL, PHP and/or Java is not new to you.
